Not how I understand it. Going back to FY24 reports when Neo being rolled out they saw increased ACV of 14% and 45% of that increase was Neo. So not sure about dismal uptake. Seems like pretty reasonable uptake, early days.
Have you got any new info since then? How do you know existing clients are not spending more or taking up Neo?
