Like others here I enjoyed the 'coming of age' of the Roo after quite a dry last 12 months. I did however see this transaction as great for another reason that no one seems to have discussed as yet.

I saw this from the perspective that Bayan have used KRL as a backdoor entry for exposure on the ASX. Longer term I could see Bayan using KRL to make aquisitions in Australia but making it easier from a regulatory perspective than if it were them directly making the purchase. This to me is the real company making info!

Also now that we have no debt and will have several producing mines in the next 12 months the funding for KI, further exploration of Mama + others shouldnt be a drama. Bring on JORC upgrades!

Well done to all holders - your patience, blood, sweat and tears (for some) seem all that much worthwhile now.
