I think most traders bought at 0.2-0.3 cents from note holders on 7 sept when the volume spiked. Some skilled traders might have exited at 0.4 cents after that but I still see many more want to exit, long suffering holders, traders , note holders. I want to see more than 150 millions exchanges. So, yes we shall see it develops.
