Someone should give management a 249D notice to convene general meeting and overthrow them. This shouldn't take this long. All they did was overthrow Ian and fix thier pockets with cheap shares.
Not very happy here. Ian could have done a better job. Where is this new aquisition/ backdoor listing? It's been more than 6 months since the sale?
ASX should question these guys.
