@TTTTiger - doing a deal is not hard...the hard part is finding a good business. I have new businesses coming across my desk every day - only 1 in 25 warrants a detailed look and only 5% of those might ultimately stack up. As a holder of LCR, I'd hoped too that they had acted quicker but I'd rather have them take a bit more time and put a good business in there rather than just any business.
