    Yeh That's right. No Chapters 1 and 2 here. It is a straight deal. By issuing 2 Bil plus shares to Crowd, there appears a total of 2.5 Bil in total. if they have $9 mil revenue and $2.2 Ebitda for 2014, with going into europe and expanding I can say their income could easily be $20 mil plus. at current price of 1.5C it is
