One thing to not is the sp will retrace to .005 which is the spp price. This ALWAYS happens with an issue like this. The current surge is based on ppl thinking this deal is a good deal but really it is an average deal at best.

Once the sp retraces to the spp the 2.5b shares will be adjusted by a factor of 10 giving a sp of 5c and a issue of 250m shares so your holding will still be worth the same but you will have 1/10th the number of shares.

Happens with every back door listing!
This is how the crowd shareholder and existing q holders can make some quick exit money leaving basically a company that has very little to offer.

DYOR sms services and revenue are in decline world wide because of the shift towards content rich 3 and 4g based services ie apps on ios and android.

Every sms service crowd offers there is a free equiv app on ios and android! So the income stream will be in decline unless they shift focus from there current offerings to a more feature rich offering but that then makes them the same as every other app conpany.

Of course this is IMO so DYOR. I only worked for one of the largest telcos for 7 years in their data products section ie sms and apps!
