Given the apparent success of CEO evolving into a resources company, I thought it would be appropriate at this time to explore other succesful "backdoor listings" for comparison with CEO, given the (anticipated)success of turning into a resources company.
I seem to recollect reading or hearing something many years ago that FMG was a backdoor listing. Can anyone confirm or deny this, as I have never really followed the FMG story.
