    Well time will tell:

    It seems the Lockheed Martin Corporation application I posted will be granted a US patent today all going to plan.

    So they will be ready to go...

    By the way do Metal Storm have IP (patent insurance)...anyone know????

    I ask for this simple reason, should any company try to copy/use Metal Storm technology is Metal Storm in the financial position for possible litigation??
