I know I am going back over a nasty bit of business where MST were promised money by a Manila based "finance company" about a year ago. This fell in a heap but investors were never told the full facts. l read this weekend about a scam where cash strapped firms and individuals are approached by Asian scammers and money on loan promised but there is a catch. You have to send a sizeable "loan processing fee first" before the money is sent, then when the money is sent to the scammers all sorts of promises are made that the money is being sent in the next day and then various excuses are given why it hasn't come through. This tactic allows them time to scam others before dissappearing.
Sounds familiar. Was money ever sent by MST? Lets hope it was Mexican stand off and no money was sent.
