Hi all,
with the raft of US and other private tech companies wanting to list on the ASX via shell (ITT, CUB, PIM WSR etc) the most likely thing is they have a company in the US, identified from their recent trip to help list in aust. Perhaps a joint development project and they need to raise cash. Don't want to dilute the ALA share registry so this is the way to do it. I am interested in what it will be.

just my thoughts. I have no knowledge of anything!
