If this guy held shares in the early days before Genorah Resources was issued shares for Garatau and Tubatse, and bear in mind shares that have been issued under a number of capital raisings since, it's more likely that the total number of shares on issue at that time might have been, at a guess, circa 200 million. 0.2%, or one fifth of one percent of 200 million represents 400,000 shares. Just a little bit different to your numbers.
