I think Cluster of 4 means 4 of them very close (what ever that means in km ) together. 3 is kind of the last thing they wanted but ok if works. They don't have proof of concept that's the problem here. Next launch is all or nothing! Can't believe that they f*ed it up so much until today. All investors needs to be aware that this goes either back to $1 or to 0. Nothing in between!
