    What begs more consideration is why stick with "ISISpace", the crowd who manufactured Vigilance, Patrol and now the Observer Mission satellites.
    If you were experiencing multiple satellite failures before cluster configuration was even completed, why trust them again? Unless it's a FEBCAC issue perhaps.
