I would guess at least 10 million, especially as they have to launch new clusters at some point, the expected lifetime of a cluster is just a few years (and shorter if you dont get them to work in the first place).
I think a CR at 20c is very optimistic. That would already need 50 million new shares, so around 25% dilution. Which brings us to a SP around 16c. Thats why I dont think they can get the raise at 20c, but lower.
If you calculate with 18c and 15 million raised capital, it is almost 90mil new shares and 35% dilution.

But thats just wild guessing, we will see shortly. Maybe they do actually have reliable good news in their back pocket
