Assume they are referring to VAERS are retaining Foreign deaths . Say about 6,000. VAERS deaths was 6k not too long ago, and the comments I saw on analysis said backlog and foreign component.

So Foreign deaths is not Europe . Is foreign component US deaths outside of US ?
