    The figure are based on worldwide deaths so a lot of countries didn't have lockdowns, social distancing and other precautions. UK and USA in the early stages didn't lock down. India didn't social distance due to population. I will grant you that those measures may have saved some lives at some stages across different countries. It does stand to reason that limiting the spread of the virus did protect the vulnerable.

    He also didn't take into consideration the specific deaths in age groups. So the chances of dying from covid under the age of 60 is very low. It varies from country to country but it is .00%-.039%. Of course the chances of death then start increasing from 60 onwards. The most vulnerable are the age groups are from 75+.

    He also doesn't take in consideration the persons health (comorbidities) before death. As we all know unhealthy lifestyle makes you susceptible to lots of different diseases.
