IVM It is not being used as an alternative to vaccines rather a compliment. Most if not all of the doctors who prescibe it have also been Vaxed.
These doctors use it as they state in their interviews because it is keeping their patients out of hospital and reducing the viral load.

You need to look at the totality of the evidence - not only the meta-analysis.
For doctors using IVM in thousands of patients safelty and effecivly it would be unethical to put people into a placebo controlled trial where you are treating a life threatening illness. Once pfizer release their new antiviral drugs then you could design a good head to head trial with these against IVM
