I agree with the hand sanitizes, and you only have to observe the lack of personal hygiene that the majority of the people observe
As to masks, I still use them on occasion but the same problem there is that at least half of them are improperly worn, never replaced or not necessary
The regulations are that large exhaust fans should be in place, but of course they are not there
