I also recall hearing that the spike proteins are manufactured in the shoulder muscle (locally) but that when the lymph nodes pick up some, is when the body reacts to create anti bodies.

The point made is that they are not supposed to leak over into your cardiovascular system, thereby causing heart inflammation, and any of the other risks with a pathogenic protein on the loose. I'm quoting these doctors. The spike protein is a pathogenic protein = toxin.
