Futuristic I agree with all that you said ..and we should remember it will be nearer the 21 st of June that fund managers will be adjusting their holdings for the S&P Technology fund..I also believe very few investors realise the importance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International Index ..CTT has been assessed and evaluated by analysts of the highest level... at an international level for International and USA Investor's .They only include companies and management with the highest ethical levels and the highest levels of operational efficiency.
I was a Fund manager managing a great deal of money.On my analysis looking ahead a year or two the Fund managers who sold will be crying even more tears in their porridge as CTT moves from Strength to Strength giving consumers value from the best brands in the world and building and awarding good people.

Dean said a few words in the IPO documentation where he had the highest praise for his staff and emphasised the importance of his people to where he and CTT were...Dean builds from the bottom up like the great Charles Koch and Charles is one of the USA's most successful Multi billionaires.His books" Believe in people" and "Good Profit " explain his road to success ..believing in people and creating value for others he built one of the worlds most Successful Companies ... his company thrived on the spirit of creating accountability with ownership and knowledge and sharing which rejects bureaucracy and hierarchy and awards by the value people create .

Jonathan A Greenblatt and many other outstanding Fund managers have a great belief in this form of management and the success it creates for investors.
The Koch companies today are worth over USA$100 billion.....Yes Dean and his people will travel to higher and higher levels of success and investors along with them.

I advise Investors to read Charles G Koch's book" Good Profit" .I have no embarrassment in saying that Charles G Koch as one of my inspirational heroes .
