In a pan barbecue the following until slightly caramalised:
1 to 2 diced sliced or diced granny smith or stone fruit.
¼ cup water or juice.
3 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons sake.
1 to 2 tablespoons distilled or cider vinegar.
1½ tablespoons white miso.
