    The dozing and the dust will be the least of any concerns and wont rate as an issue wet or dry! But they are there to dig a pit so it wont "just run off into the valley". When they are down 20 or 30 meters and more and there is a daily downpour of 100mm that is when they will be needing a very effective plan
