Mr Knight's response to the ASX query suggests that they suspect that bacteria getting into the tanks is the problem. If it is, great - as noted by other posters, that's easily fixed. But at this stage, that explanation is really hard to accept given the great degree of care, systems and procedures that would be in place to prevent this kind of catastrophe. Is Mr Knight's "official" explanation at this stage credible?
