It would be interesting to see the pH and nitrogen levels over that time.
If fingerlings suffer from a bacteria (overtime) signs are normally observable. Mortality rates can be very high in this game, BUT there is normally a pretty good reason.
Questions I would like to know:
What bateria (or fungus)?
How often are samples taken of the water/feed?
What is the staus (health) of the spawners?
Was there a breach of quarantine eg bird, animal (mice etc) human?
