Who are blame for this? The use of blood products or sloppy management of processes.
What alternatives did they have at the time to treat haemophilia?
Would you let your child die if a accident required a blood transfusion to save his/her life as a result of this problem caused by sloppiness in the UK more than 30 years ago?
How many people die annually in hospitals as a result of mistakes or carelessness? Should we close hospitals as a result?
Mad cow disease was caused by inappropriate feeding of cattle. Should we ban beef as a result? (Some would like to).
MrG life is not that simple.
Perhaps we should also stop eating, stop producing mechanical means of transport, electricity etc. All these kill millions....
