I like this paragraph:

"He does not appear himself to have any other means of support, perhaps apart from that to which he might be entitled from the State. He appears to be an unemployed bankrupt, who has surrendered his passport."

Hopefully there won't be any innocent, deceived TZ shareholders who end up in the same boat.
