I think all things considering, Dubber has held up well.

I would like to know the customer figures and the reason as to why they were left out of the report. Market disclosure is a rule I thought?

My gut tells me these figures may not be great and/or that a deal is very close and they are waiting for the deal to be finalised so the numbers look pimp.

Dub has cash for a while and low shares on issue with a recent substantial holder and increased revenue, things could be a lot worse.

We know that revenue increased 3 fold & the bank revenue hasnt kicked in yet so customer numbers should be ok to good - the omission and non disclosure + the silence from our newlywed is absolutely unacceptable. It's ok to put your hand out for $5.7m but not advise those shareholders that kept the company afloat when they were burning cash like a michael jackson shopping spree is beyond a joke.
