are they stupid? --------- they researched and they brought properties that were NOT in flood risk areas

due to climate change and new methods for calculation of risk - flood areas have been extended

and it won't stop with floods either ---------- insurance companies will adjust things due for more hurricane damage, more fire damage - etc etc

will the hurricane season in the northern hemisphere have an effect on Aussie insurance premiums etc ---------- you bet it will.

Insurance is changing world wide - people need to look at things globally as well as locally
