I posted about this back in the days of covid. Police were given additional powers to use force against civilians breaking the rules.

Alot of the cops today have low IQs and pick the job as they cannot achieve a sense of strength without the uniform.

Coupled with the above, it is no wonder why so many police now, are letting loose on the defenseless, whilst doing their best to avoid real criminals.
