By some weird criteria you see the deaths of soldiers as justifiable and the perpetrators apparently deserving of Geneva Accord civilised treatment as per the rules of war, while the deaths of civilians are unjustifiable and the perpetrators deserving of being killed summarily or locked up and tortured indefinitely without trial. That is, providing the perpetrators are "terrorists" and not just self-serving criminals in which case they are deserving of a fair trial and humane treatment as per process of law.

That alone is weird and queer, but rounding up Afghans accused of being Taliban (a perfectly legal thing) and locking them in wire cages and wearing leg irons, transporting them to interrogation on trolleys, that is totally bizarre. Your country harbours some pretty fukked up people in high places yak.
