    exactly , if CHM has a reasonable chance of some huge multi million dollar settlement of gaining control over part of MMX's massive iron ore project then why is its share price only 3c way off its high of 12c, should'nt it be trading at atleast $1 considering the massive windfall its suposed to be about to recieve? obviously the markey thinks its has a snowballs chance in hell.
