    Tubby - I was under the impression that the price per share under the merger would be a 30% premium to the 10 day VWAP to 10 Dec 2015. Have not done the calcs but estimate this to be ~$1 based on 75c VWAP. Can you advise where the 66c per share figure has been taken from?
