Bad Deal for SGN Shareholders, page-8

I sold my stake for a small profit.
I think the company is cheap but management are not running it for shareholders.
Under different circumstances I would be buying up large and sacking the CEO and board but I am doing this with another (much smaller) listed company at present so I don't have the resources.
Someone else should pick up the baton, hoping the institutions will fight it is not good enough. In my experience they are typically asleep at the wheel.
Wake up shareholders!!! It's your money these losers are scamming off you.
