No worries... Glad you find it useful, I know it is not popular talking down a stock people own or love but we are all here wanting to share information and wants a wide range of opinion not just the opinion you want to hear..

I don't have a hidden agenda...

I haven't short SUL, figure of speech because I believe it is a bad deal...

I'm a retail investor and I do have very large stock holding but I don't have time and sophistication setup to short stock willingly but sometimes I wish I have these facility because some deal I know just break all the rules and price just have to come down..

part of my future plan to move to a platform where I invest more like a hedge fund, short stocks, options and long depending on how I see the business..right now I only long stock and write options ...

Stock market is my passion,I enjoy it, I read a lot, I read many many annual reports..I know most in and out of public companies and their Jargon...stuff like this comes as second nature to me

Rarely things happen on the market that I have not seen or read before, I'm sure I will see more of it in the next few decades before I retire.

I check the site every so often if you need me to decode the management bullshit I can do that for you :-)
here is a good tips .. Invest in a business that has a founder or their family wealth is ties to the business couple with a strong passion for the business, they are less likely to take the undisciplined pursue of more route.

Not just any business but a business that has Strong balance sheet, run by capable management etc...
