ive been watching this one for a 10 months or so and my suspicion is that bad debts will be up because they bought that other business - which would have to be pruned to get to a preferred client base
so id expect bad debts will be up in the short term but earnings would likewise increase - as they run off the clients they elect to discontinue.
looks good buying if they hit the $9M NPAT. Even $8M would be acceptable at current stock price.
\bought some yest and a bit more today.
ive got it on accumulate around $1 but watch this space for fy14 full year results.
