I'm still holding strong, despite down ~40%, however the seed of uncertainty around PGLs future is slowly, slowly growing.

when do we see defaults increase from bushfire impacted business? do we see higher default rates as SMEs utilising lower tier lending start to struggle and move into receivership, and the impact of defaults on their loan book being to grow - in particular for non secured loans under $100k?

on the upside, business not hit as hard as the retail sector may look to now leverage the 150k immediate write off by using lower tier lenders, as credit from big end did town starts to dry up (which it inevitably will) as shown by Boeing, Blackstone, etc drawing down huge credit facilities now, to avoid risking access in the future.
but at what risk to PGL? I'm not sure how deep they dive into financials sub $150k lending.


will the Scomo stimulus be spent by SMEs, or used to extend the inevitable failure?

so many questions, and I can't formulate a probable answer, so asking you for your opinion/analysis - which is all we can give right now, because none of us really know what's coming up in the next 6-12 or even 18 months on the back of the most volatile market I've ever seen.
