If I may ask a few questions regarding smuggled material. Who are the people doing the smuggling? What countries are they smuggled into? Hasn’t smuggling been going on for decades? How much is the estimated smuggled rare earths per year? What is the QUALITY of the smuggled rare earths? Is smuggling a long-term stable source of secure supply for reputable global main end users with specific technological application? Who’s in charge, or is it too unorganized to determine?...my point.
