Please excuse my ignorance here but just thinking.
We are infact trying to supply clients with exact mixing percentages of REE's that they require correct?
Were also waiting for said clients to agree and sign off on offtake agreements.
My question is, does the lamp just churn out a product and then from there we futher process to the clients requirements or do we dial in what the client wants and then produce just that>
The possible reason for Lamp not being reved up is the oftake agreements havent been signed. If they dial in what the client wants then no point running the lamp to full capacity now to end up with a product there potential clients dont want??
