....and that is why phase 2 will not ramp up for quite a while imo, if ever.
No point trying to produce 22,000 T p.a if you don't have buyers.
At phase 1 only production, will Lynas be able to make a profit, and if yes, will it be enough of a profit to justify a $1bln plus market cap (as it already is today), or higher?
That's the question.
