'the basket price will be about $30 because of the LAMP's ability to add value by purity and product blending to meet customer's specs.'

This is a valid view, and often proposed. However I'm not seeing it.

The Chinese are currently supplying purity grades up to n6- I've seen no presentations from lYC that they will have this capability. As the purity level goes up then so does the COP. Are there any known facts for the purity that Eric refers to when he suggests a COP of $14/5 kg.

The Chinese are also more than capable of mixing base elements to any customer specific needs.

With the CLD basket trading at under $18 in China, even allowing for Export taxes, this comes to tad over $20. If LYC can obtain a price for 100% product sold at anywhere near $27 then I think they will be very fortunate - we will see in a few months time.

At current basket prices the EPS based on 11kt is about 3C.

Is showing EPS of zero for 2014 based on sales of about $300m
