Catching up with a little more of the thread, Rhodia taught the Chinese RE refining, based off their early production at La Rochelle, and basically brought that enhanced tech to the LAMP.
Reasonable expectation that the LAMP will do a primary process equal to, or better, than anything the Chinese have. It's the downstream supply chain, further refining, processing to metals where ROW falls apart, it's all relocated to China, and Lynas's initial efforts thru Siemans are now "on hold subject to demand".
