I am not really sure I understand the SGH Investor relations strategy . The AGM was lacking in quality data to mitigate bad press and now they make this announcement without any real detail around the number of these type of claims that they process and what promotion of their total cases are represented by these type of claims. This way people can see what the worst case scenario looks like. I would guess that this is not material. Yet SGH management put out this type of vague statement knowing the sensitivity around the UK business. Very confused I am.
