Maybe the underwriters for the Oa's wanted their money back for other opportunities. Canaccord/BGF took up 6,113,349 shares.
Just put up a monthly chart. The indicators are all bottomed & if I look hard enough think most are turning, coupled with the last green down bar with low volume & small spread was the end of the down trend (close enough).
Sitting on support on a long term uptrend. Lets see if it holds.
