V, In any company there are always Operating costs, Ive never said there wasn't.However there are very very little ongoing costs once a well is in production.Upfront cashburn is significant but once a small number of wells are producing earnings quickly outweight costs creating free cashflow. Currently the company has significant cash reserves, and all going well will become self funding in the not too distant future. The Directors are very aware of their cash position and will look towards low cost Opportunities to build revenue reserves rather than using dilution of the share register. The best buying opportunity and price leverage is available before the company get traction and becomes self funding, is my opinion.
