poor comparrison misty, here you have a government spending $2.3 million tax payer dollars (your dollars) to put this report together, they then give the rights away for free & spend another $65 thousand tax pay dollars (your dollars) to buy 2000 copies of the same report (that's $32.50 per copy)!
just a lack of business sense, & as long as we have an economy we need business sense to run it properly.
this is a typical difference between the parties, they may have similar ideas but the execution will almost always be vastly different.
as for government advertising, all governments need to advertise but if you want a crack down on expenditure then tie it up to performance.
