Anyone who knows the history of SIG going back 30 years will know that SIG gave CW its biggest start at the cost of its own franchise businesses and this deal will seal the fate of its current brands. The new management is either the fall guys or incompetent or both but the outside shareholders cant win much from the deal if the ACCC gets invited to stall the bigger heist imo. Good luck if you can make money on the speculation of any back-door deal but only CW can win imo
