If xao / xjo puts in a green year with a 20 % odd bar low to high and a big green close then property will do ok as well ,maybe not brilliant but atleast ok !
The risk going ahead is this decade may resemble something like the 1990's with 1995 being worse than 1990 .
Just a thought and nuffin definite yet .
