but that is old news, released in the half year report. i can't see what was new today, apart from the fact it looks like Chevron are trying to limit dividend payments.
I have actually written to Caltex suggesting that they use their franking credits to start a buy back program, like BHP, but so far they have ignored me. I still think its a great idea and would support the share price.
