This couldn't come at a worse time with commodities getting belted. It would be a tragedy for all concerned if the charities didn't grasp the concept of an illiquid stock and hysterically demanded their money NOW.....they would end up with a lot less than 61% of $1.9 million. But the guy responsible is a stockbroker so maybe he will organize an off market placement to "sophisticated" investors at a 20ish% discount....maybe 8c. At least that would put a floor under the price and current holders would just have to suck it up until the event was fully absorbed into the cosmos. Thank God I'm not holding anymore....condolences to those who do.
